Entering the house you are met with the impressive hallway leading to a large kitchen, karaoke / cocktail bar lounge, dining room and a couple of smaller lounges with Smart TV’s, perfect for relaxing in. Be prepared to be wowed by the magnificent entertaining outdoor area, including hot tub, outdoor bar & large decking area with built in seating & separate dining table and chairs. Situated on the decking you will find a large combo gas & coal bbq with a smoker to enjoy alfresco dining on a beautiful day / evening with stunning views across the valley.
