Harrogate House Retreat
This stunning house has recently undergone a huge transformation and is approximately 8,000 sq feet and sleeps up to 30 people over 8-10 bedrooms, including its very own indoor spa with 2x Hot Tubs and Steam Room.
As you enter the property you are struck by the huge and impressive lounge with a galleried landing overlooking it that has a look and feel of a Scandinavian Lodge, surrounded by opulent furnishings with seating for large groups of guest to relax together.
As you move deeper into the property you have some stand out rooms including a full scale Cocktail Bar Room with 2x fabulous Cocktail Bars, disco lighting, music system - perfect for sipping cocktails and dancing the night away.
There is a dedicated Karaoke room with its own stage, lighting and Disco Ball for the full immersive experience.
The kitchen is just WOW with premuim fully fitted appliances, seating/dining area for 30 people and everything you need to be staying in elegant luxury.
The outside of the property is outstanding with a large perfectly flat, manicured lawn, stunning courtyard, sun bathing and dining area with outdoor cocktail bar.
The location is quiet and private with some amazing country walks on the doorstep.

Woodland Retreat
Upon arriving at the property you will be greeted by large wrought iron gates enclosing the parking area solely used for guests giving the safety and privacy during your stay.
The house has amazing facilities including private hot tub, indoor and outdoor cocktail bars, pool table, karaoke & surround sound, all perfect for your stay with us.
Entering the house you are met with the impressive hallway leading to a large kitchen, karaoke / cocktail bar lounge, dining room and a couple of smaller lounges with Smart TV’s, perfect for relaxing in.
Be prepared to be wowed by the magnificent entertaining outdoor area, including hot tub, outdoor bar & large decking area with built in seating & separate dining table and chairs. Situated on the decking you will find a large combo gas & coal bbq with a smoker to enjoy alfresco dining on a beautiful day / evening with stunning views across the valley.
You will find a considerable amount of space and comfort with two separate staircases leading to the bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a wonderful day of celebrating with family and friends. There are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 2 cloaks all with a modern and contemporary theme and feel.

Manchester House Retreat is located within the Manchester Ring Road, a perfect location for the City Centre, the famous Trafford Centre & all the major motorway networks & transport links!
Situated near to Sale Golf Club and close to the trendy town of Sale with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops, it is also a stones throw from the fabulous Sale Waterpark.
When arriving at Manchester House Retreat you will be greeted with a long private driveway leading straight to the property with the backdrop of the golf course which wraps around the 3.5 acres of stunning grassland. The house is an outstanding detached contemporary property with a huge glass feature at the front giving the house lots of character and a feeling of lots of light.
Sleeping up to 18 guests in 5 beautiful bedrooms you can enjoy the amazing 5* luxury which includes private outdoor hot tub, indoor & outdoor cocktail bar, karaoke & pool table. There is a magnificent open plan kitchen / dining area with everything you need to make your stay with us special.
